1. Τα εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα του τύπου Higher Education Institutions τα οποία εκπροσωπούνται στο Australian Vice Chancellor Committee (AV-CC) όπως φαίνονται στον κατάλογο του Commonwealth Department of Education, Training and Youth Affairs είναι αναγνωρισμένα ιδρύματα Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης. (Σ.18η )

2. Το Footscray Institute of Technology είναι αναγνωρισμένο ίδρυμα Ανώτερης Εκπαίδευσης. (Σ. 18η )

3. Τα Εκπαιδευτικά Ιδρύματα που φαίνονται στην Ιστοσελίδα του NARIC της χώρας ως αναγνωρισμένα Ιδρύματα Ανώτερης και Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης, αναγνωρίζονται ως τέτοια.(Σ.65)

The Educational Institutions listed as recognised Higher Education Institutions in the Country NARIC website are recognised with the same status.
