Submission of applications

Applications can be submitted

every Monday and Tuesday 8.30 a.m – 2.00 p.m. 

Application required documents

  A separate application must be submitted for each Title (or Degree) for which recognition is sought. The required documents are:

a)      Certified copy of apolyterion of secondary education

b)      Certified copy of all the titles or Degrees concerning the recognition application

c)      Diploma supplement or, where is not possible, an official transcript, for each Title (or degree)

d)      Official translation in Greek or English for each document

e)      Receipt of payment of fees to the Counter of the Ministry of Education and Culture

Certification of the copies may be obtained in one of the following ways:

a)      Certification of the photocopy from the institution which awarded the Title (or Degree)

b)      Contrast of the photocopy to the original from the assistant of KYSATS who accepts the application

c)      Certification of the photocopy from a Cyprus Embassy or High Commission

d)      Certification of the photocopy from the Press and Information Office.

In cases where submission – collection of documents is not possible to be done by the applicant himself/herself, a written authorization is required.
